The children were given lots of different Lego.  They were asked to create something using their imagination and they had to be able to explain what they had made.  By the end of the lesson, both classes had used the learning habits of imagination, collaboration, curiosity and resilience.  They created some fantastic models and the imagination that they used was brilliant.

The children in year 2 watch a group of performing arts students present a dance based around the theme of space.  They then took part in a workshop and learnt about the planet and space. 

The lecturer of the students commented on how well our children listened and took part in the activities.  She also said that the behaviour of the children was excellent and that they were a pleasure to work with.
