Children In Need 2022
Thank you to everyone for contributing to a fantastic total of £880 for Children In Need.
We are experimenting with a new format for our newsletters. There are more things planned over the next year that we hope you will like. Please leave comments on ClassDojo if there is anything you would like to see in the future newsletters.
All of the children across school are entering the London Mini-Marathon. If they complete their 2.6 mile run, then they will receive a certificate and medal for their efforts. We are asking each child to be sponsored (a suggested donation of £3) to help raise money for the Foundation Stage Outdoor Area project:
Mr Hall has also run a half marathon and a full marathon in a week. Here are his videos:
Spelling Challenge 1
The Spelling Challenge is coming on September 30th 2022. Here is a video to help you prepare for it!
We can't wait to see you all again - school re-opens on Wednesday 7th September 2022. Gates will open at 8.40am and children will be able to go into their classrooms straight away, making sure that they are settled in and ready to learn.
Gates will close at 8.50am. If you are running late, you will need to go to the main entrance of school on Fisher Street.
Foundation 2 (Erizos and Ardillas)
Please note that for the first few days, F2's timetable is different to the rest of school:
After a very busy Spring term, we spent the last week or so reviewing what we have learnt and what we have done, making the most of all of the memories! We hope you enjoy them! We can't wait to share our summer work with you, hopefully lots of it in person as well as through our YouTube channel!
Break The Rules Day
To help raise money for our outdoor Foundation area we had a 'Break The Rules Day' on April Fools' Day. The children donated a small amount to break 4 rules. In the end, we raised over £1000. Thank you to all of the parents who supported us just a couple of weeks after our amazing fundraising effort for Comic Relief.
What a day! Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to raise over £1600. What an amazing effort!
