Reception children at Scotholme Primary have been taking part in an exciting creative arts and wellbeing-focussed project by local organisations BeatFeet and Lw Arts. 

Children have enjoyed group drumming workshops, as well as storytelling combined with African-inspired dance. 

The aim of the project has been to support children’s mental and emotional wellbeing during the pandemic and to provide opportunities for them to feel comfortable and safe in expressing themselves creatively back in the school environment.
