This position offers a rare and exciting opportunity to join a committed and friendly team of professionals who expect to support and challenge each other to secure the very best for all of our children.

    - Has the ability to lead and manage a team of staff.
    – Has a passion for working with SEND pupils.
    - Can naturally and confidently engage staff and self in improving professional practice for SEND.
    - Genuinely wants to work collaboratively to improve their own practice and that of their colleagues.
     - Loves education and the rewards of working with children, as well as working effectively with parents and carers.

The teacher we appoint can expect to:

    - Be an equal member of a very forward-thinking staff team.
    - Participate in high quality professional development
    - Teach diverse, outgoing and friendly children.
    - Engage with ongoing development and support through the Shine Multi Academy Trust.

Applications close at 11:59pm 17th April 2026. Interviews will be held on 5th May 2026.

Visits to school are warmly welcomed and encouraged. Please call Dean Grimshaw the SBM on 0115 9781968 to arrange.
